这是由vo trong nghia architects设计的越南树屋。建筑师提出的这个住宅原型，试图扭转越南城市的快速城市化这一趋势。项目位于胡志明市，该城市的绿化覆盖率仅有0.25%，该住宅旨在重新联系居民与自然环境的关系。该项目由五个独立的混凝土种植盒子组成。住宅覆盖了厚厚的土壤，可作为蓄水、防洪。该项目的预算为156,000美元，同时减少二氧化碳排放量，整个设计使用了当地的天然材料。建筑外墙由当地混凝土和竹框架组成，内部使用了当地的砖材。五个盒子单元是围绕着中央庭院布局的，创建了更小型而相互联系的花园。建筑底层使用了大扇玻璃门窗，以确保每间住宅的光线充足、通风良好，同时保护了住宅的安全性和私密性。建筑下方楼层布置了饭厅、图书馆等公共空间，而上方楼层则布置了私人卧室和浴室。中央庭院和花园树木繁茂，模糊了室内外之间的界线，成为了底层生活区的一部分。译者：艾比 in response to the rapid and near total urbanization of vietnamese cities, vo trong nghia architects has designed a prototypical house as part of an ongoing initiative to reverse the trend. built within ho chi minh – a region where only 0.25% area of the city is covered with greenery – the dwelling seeks to reconnect its residents with the natural environment. entitled ‘house for trees’, the scheme comprises five individual concrete boxes envisioned as planters. as a result of the unit’s thick layer of soil, the dwellings also serve as basins, retaining water and reducing the risk of flooding. located in one of the most densely populated areas of the vietnamese capital, the site is positioned on a landlocked suburban block, only accessible via a pedestrian lane. the project is conceived as an accumulation of individual fragments, standing out amid the surrounding formal row houses. in order to minimize costs, (the entire project was constructed for $156,000 USD), and reduce the scheme’s carbon footprint, local and natural materials are employed throughout the design. external walls are made from in-situ concrete with bamboo formwork, with internal finishes exposing locally-sourced bricks. filling the unconventionally shaped site, the five units are positioned around a central courtyard, creating further small and interconnected gardens. large glass doors and operable windows at ground floor level ensure that each dwelling offers abundant light and ventilation, while making certain that the building remains secure and private. common areas such as the dining room and library are located at the lower storey, while above, upper floors accommodate private bedrooms and bathrooms. blurring divisions between inside and outside, the courtyard and gardens – shaded by the trees above – become part of ground floor living space.
