占地面积：178.83平方米 建筑面积：89.12平方米 总楼层面积：141.69平方米 Site Area: 178.83 sqm Built Area: 89.12 sqm Total Floor Area: 141.69 sqm “归隐”是这个项目的关键词。 设计师应用纯混凝土墙体将居住空间和室外环境相互隔离开来。住宅中间是一个核心城堡，周边是居住空间，环绕其间。这里的空间与室外隔绝，设计师试图将不同空间的不同特征通过核心城堡和周边表达出来。 “Retreat” becomes the keyword. I use the bare concrete wall around to protect the living space from outside environment.I set the Core Tower in the center of the house and I let the living space stream and spatially continue with clinging to the Tower. In the space isolated from the outside world， I try to form the characteristically different space surrounding the Core Tower.
