建筑面积：400平方米  这是由KKA建筑事务所参与设计的一个被动住宅项目，名为Salongen 35住宅。这是一个竞赛项目，竞赛由马尔默市组织完成，项目已经建成。除了是一个被动住宅，建筑还有一系列的环保可持续特征，所有的住宅都有太阳能板面；所有住宅都有外侧软百叶帘，同时花盒子，草坪，绿色墙壁和绿色屋顶使住处变成绿洲，设计还采用环保建造材料，如所有的木材都是FSC认证的，所有的家电用具都是低耗能的，所有的水龙头都是节水的，设计还提供绿色电力设施。  In April 2009 Kjellgren Kaminsky in combination with builders Höllviksnäs FörvaltningsAB， won an open competition for passive houses. The competition was organized by the city of Malmö for the last vacant site in the Bo01 housing exhibition area， in the western harbor. The competition design was developed further and has now been built. In addition to being passive houses the buildings will also have a number of further measures for ecological sustainability.
