摄影师：Courtesy of Gwjarchitektur 这个项目位于之前的一个木材工地上，它是一个新建的公寓建筑，项目基于之前的一个三米高，二十米深的体量之上，形成一个灵活的起居空间。既有的体量被分为七个部分，两个公寓是用基本模式建造而成，上层的起居空间则包含附加的阁楼空间。独特的平面设计形成的是极大的自由，厨房和浴室的安排则创造出一个结构性的核心，其他的空间都依赖于这个核心存在。另一个设计元素是起居空间和阳台之间的富余空间，在夏季它可以充当凉亭，或是起居室的延伸空间，冬季还能作为一个收集太阳热能的好地方。设计通过正宗的材料使用表达了建筑的结构性。 The existing volume is divided in 7 parts. Two Apartments are building the basic type. The upper apartment has an additional gallery. The distinct floor plan design results in an outstanding amount of freedom. The kitchen and bathroom arrangement creates the structural core， from there， everything is possible. Another feature is the additional room between the living space and the balcony. In summer， it serves as loggia， in transition period as living room extension and in winter as a passive energy source. The expressed structure defines the character through its authentic materials.
