建筑面积: 232 平方米 卢瑟纳斯住宅位于智利的中心山谷中，距离圣地亚哥只有20公里，坐落于丘陵地带的一块平坦的用地上，周围具有多种景观生态。住宅分为两个部分：私密的卧室和相对开放的起居室、餐厅、佣人房等。设计师只用了一层的单层的体块来解决线性功能流线问题，并使所有体块都能看到附近丘陵的景色。为了使融于景观的建筑形态更富于戏剧性，垂直的体块从水平伸展的体量中拉伸出来，形成了天窗和高天花板，并在景观方向产生了视觉张力，各体块间的空间用作室外台地。在室内需要产生空气对流的地方开敞并设置天窗，在夏天保持了令人舒适的温度。建筑以一种强化石材为主要建材，这是典型的当地材料。外墙是用灰泥粉饰过的，并涂上了深灰色，与天窗上的白色铝制框架形成了对比，建筑的室内也采用白色为主色调。一层平面在公共区域最大程度的保留了空间使用的弹性，当厨房和餐厅之间的滑动门移开的时候，整个维护结构之间就是一个完整的大空间。 Lucernitas House is located in Catemito， 20 km south of Santiago in Chile`s central valley. The house is set on flat land at the foothill of Cerro Chena， from which you have a variety of views.The house is divided into two areas: the private where the bedroom are and the public where the lounge， dining room and services are located. The strategy poses a volume on one level that solves the linear program， allowing all venues have view to Cerro Chena and north orientation.To make the views even more dramatic in relation to the landscape， vertical and horizontal volumes were extruded. Thus， generating skylights， high ceilings and visual tension towards the landscape. Similarly， forming intermediate spaces used as terraces.The location of openings and skylights reflects the need to create cross ventilation， maintaining pleasant temperatures during summer. The materials used for the project are reinforced masonry， a typical material of the area. The exterior of the house was stuccoed and painted dark grey， contrasting with the white aluminum frames used on the skylights and windows. The interior of the house is white too.The floor plan aims to have maximum flexibility in the public area. The enclosures can form a single space when the sliding door that separates the kitchen from the dining room is open， hiding the wall that delimits the terrace.
