建筑面积：31600平方英尺（约合2935.74平方米）  Project Area: 31，600 sqf   这是出现在美国加州圣莫尼卡市的一个崭新地标，它曾荣获2010AIA荣誉奖。这个住宅旨在为无家可归的人们及患有精神疾病的人士提供住宿及医疗康复服务。这个新结构包含46个公寓单元，它还涵盖首层的商业空间及地下的停车空间。   Step Up on 5th is a bright new spot in downtown Santa Monica. A 2010 AIA Honor Award winner， the building provides a home， support services， and rehabilitation for the homeless and mentally disabled population. The new structure provides 46 studio apartments of permanent affordable housing. The project also includes ground level commercial/retail space and subterranean parking.
