主管设计师:doan thanh ha & tran ngoc phuong 设计团队:dang xuan hoa， tran ngoc thach， nguyen xuan tung 竣工日期(第一阶段): 2011三月竣工日期(第二阶段): 2013三月 这个由越南H&建筑事务所开发的低成本房屋工程位于一个洪水泛滥区，全年出现极端天气。在满足基本的住宅需求的情况下，建筑将采用最少的零件和竹子单元进行组装。建筑使用当地材料，如竹子、树叶和可循环使用的油罐等，其设计理念把传统建筑特色融合在一起，来区别外部结构。每个单位成本低于2000美元（约1.25万人民币），所以该项目适合大量生产，且村民可自行建造。
Developed by Vietnamese H& architects， the low-cost housing project is situated in a flood-stricken region that receives extreme temperatures year-round. Meeting the basic residential needs of a residential dwelling， the building will be assembled using minimal components and bamboo module units. secured using anchors， ties and solid connections， the structure will be strong enough to float in floods. Built with local materials such as bamboo， leaves and recycled oil containers， the concept combines traditional architectural characteristics to distinguish the exterior fabric. Costing just under 2000USD per unit， the plan allows for mass-production， and the ability for villagers to build themselves.
