面积: 1,300平方米 图片: Jannes Linders 该建筑是Wwestzanerolder商业公园Hoogtij的第一批发展项目之一。尾部表面对着前院和小河,尽量透明。与之不同,侧面更加封闭,减少来自Westzanerweg的交通噪音。建筑的形式和材料也为这条路增添了活力,加强了开车过往的人的体验感。屋顶用轻便、高级的钢板制成。钢板的部分凹槽填满了混凝土,让建筑享受到混凝土的好处——防止内部温度的快速升高和过高。每隔凹槽都有两个通风管穿过,以提供降温,或者必要时与地板里的加热系统一起进行加热。为了让整个混凝土屋顶实现增加的功能,设计者采用了特殊的混凝土混合物。混凝土里添加了固体石蜡和农作物,意味着过度暖气可以被储存起来,而材料的温度却不受任何影响。钢板上表面打了孔,并装有隔音设备。其结果就是:一个轻质的屋顶具备了混凝土的多种功能和良好的音效。 The building is one of the first developments in the Hoogtij business park in Westzanerpolder.The end facades are the representative facades to the forecourt and the water and are as transparent as possible. By contrast, the side facades are more closed and protect against the traffic noise on the Westzanerweg. The form and materials of the building add an extra dynamism to this road and enhance the experience for passing motorists.The roof is made of light, profiled-steel sheeting. To enjoy the benefits of concrete — preventing rapid warming and overheating of the interior — the grooves in the steel sheets are partly filled with concrete. Two pipes, channelled through the concrete in each groove, provide for the cooling and, if necessary, heating, in addition to the main heating system in the floor. To match the accumulative capacity of a complete concrete roof, the designers used a special concrete mixture. The addition of grains with paraffin wax to the concrete means that excess warmth can be stored without affecting the temperature of the material. The upper surface of the sheet is perforated and fitted with acoustic insulation. The result: a lightweight roof with the accumulative capacity of concrete and good acoustic properties. 图包下载
