这是由建筑师戴璞设计的“树美术馆”，位于北京宋庄艺术区。该建筑位于一条主干道的路边。原有的村落被大尺度、适合车行的地块划分开来，渐渐消失。建筑师希望在宋庄引入一个适合人们停留、约会以及交流的公共艺术空间。一堵暴露的混凝土墙将第一个庭院与外界马路分离。透过巨大的玻璃幕墙人们可以看到室内的艺术品和行走的参观者。混凝土墙体内部是一个曲率微妙变化的走廊，可以作为书廊或展示一些绘画和小型雕塑。第二个院子为后面的展厅和二层大会议室提供采光，同时把公共和私密的需求隔离开。同时，第二个庭院的弧形墙可以自然地将人们引向另一边的展厅，引向屋顶开放的台阶式广场。
located in songzhuang， beijing china， the 'tree art museum' by daipu architects lies beside the main road of the area. an artistic village has been refurbished， replaced by large scale blocks - introducing an ambient， public space where people can gather. the first courtyard is separated with the main road by a bare-concrete wall. within the exterior division there is a corridor which can be utilized to showcase books and small sculptures with its curvature varying slightly along the path. the second courtyard introduces natural light to the exhibition hall and meeting room on upper level， separating the public from the environment for added privacy. the curvilinear facade draws passers-by to a plaza on the roof for enjoying sunshine， or the views of the ample-sized pool and courtyard.
