[综合] 哥伦比亚住宅设计

Casa Penon 这座位于哥伦比亚Girardot的 Penon 住宅由Giovanni Moreno设计。设计师的思维过程十分超前，将客户的需要放在设计的首要位置，希望最后的设计超出客户的期望。客户是希望共享生活空间的两个家庭，而且成本预算也比较低。两个家庭都有小孩，他们对复合型的卧室、庭院和游泳池很感兴趣，这些想法都非常重要。而这些需求都在设计中实现了，住宅足够宽敞并且每个人都能生活得很舒适。建筑的大玻璃窗视野极佳，自然景色尽收眼底，同时也十分有利于室内采光。推拉门的设计有助于室内空气流通。白色墙壁和银、黑主色调的家具形成了利落简洁的设计风格。每个卧室与阳台之间都有玻璃推拉门，浴室设计了双水槽供两家人使用。

Giovanni Moreno has designed Casa Penon in Girardot， Colombia. The design of a house is almost as very important. The thought process is extreme and architects are expected to raise above the expectation of their client. Giovanni Moreno took his clients needs to heart when designing Casa Penon. This house was based on the needs of two families interested in sharing a living space. Known to most as a two family house， this design was created for two families working on a tight budget. Both families have children so appealing to their desires was important. They were interested in multiple bedrooms， yard space and a pool. All of which were accomplished in this design. The house is spacious enough for everyone to be comfortable. The large windows allow for nature to be integrated into the design. The light and greenery allow for great views and seeing. The wind provides great air circulation when the sliding doors are opened. The neat design of the house is complimented by the white walls and subtle color pops of black and silver in the appliances and furniture placement. The bedrooms all have glass sliding doors that have access to the view and balcony. The bathrooms have dual sinks for sharing and the shower has a walk-in， sit down design.图包下载
