由Maison Edouard Fran?ois建筑事务所设计的古尔冈71住宅区项目，不仅代表了法式的奢华生活方式，同时也充分尊重了印度的传统。这些位于印度古尔冈的豪华公寓采用了大理石、木材等珍贵的建筑材料，且公寓内部十分宽敞，包含双层的空间，并对周围景观拥有全方位的观赏条件。以下是详细信息。数座高塔坐落在一片广阔的池塘边上，远离新德里的都市纷扰，仿佛一棵棵大树，在当地营造出一种宁静的绿色生态环境。公寓中房间朝向均是按照风水学——印度一种古老的关于自然法则如何影响人类的居住环境的学说——中的原则来确定的。每一户住宅内都专门留出了一片空间，作为供奉神坛之处。除此之外，公寓内还设有三个独立的通道，分别供住户、访客和服务人员进出。各座塔的顶端被设计成“绿云”，是其下方公寓楼的向外延伸。这些“绿云”让每一座公寓楼的各个楼层都能欣赏到奇特的屋顶景观。楼内还专门设有直接通往“绿云”的电梯。“绿云”屋顶处有一个客厅，一个厨房，一个卫生间，和一座100平方米、高达5米的宽阔阳台，连大树都可以在此安然屹立了。这里甚至能种植花草、蔬菜。在天气炎热之时，居民们还可在此阴凉之地乘凉、小憩。虽然身在高高的屋顶之上，他们仍能感觉自己与公寓下面的部分紧紧连在一起，因为屋顶与各自的居所之间仅一步之遥，且还有电力设备自动相连。“绿云”屋顶就像一座座点缀在城堡花园中的茶亭，处处彰显了法式的奢华生活方式。公寓底层的厅堂向外通往一处沐浴在自然光中的、种满蔬菜的广场。同时，广场上还有一片稍稍抬升的游泳池，游泳池下方便是停车场。水池边被广阔的木甲板包围，由木甲板向外一直延伸至各个俱乐部会所、商业区和其他服务区域。池水的处理均靠植物来完成。泳池只占池塘内很小一部分的空间，其他空间则种满水草、睡莲、莲叶等水生植物，形成一道水景风光。

The Gurgaon 71 residential project proposal by Maison Edouard Fran?ois represents French-style luxury living while simultaneously respecting Indian traditions. Located in Gurgaon， India， these luxurious apartments make use of noble materials such as marble and wood and have large interiors， including double height spaces， and offer 360° views onto the surrounding landscape. Far from the tumult of New Delhi and situated on the edge of a large pool of water， the towers are implanted like trees， creating a calm and green environment. The rooms are oriented according to the principles of vastu， an ancient doctrine on how the laws of nature affect human dwellings.  A space in each residence is reserved for divinity altars. Three separate circulations are organized for inhabitants， guests， and services. The highest of the towers are conceived with “green clouds”—spaces that are extensions of the apartments below.  They permit each apartment， no matter what level it is situated on， to benefit from extraordinary rooftop views.  Private elevators allow direct access to the green cloud from the apartments. In the green cloud there is a living room， a kitchen， toilets， and an immense 100m2 terrace that is more than 5m high—tall enough even for trees. Here， even flowers and organic vegetables can be cultivated.  When it is extremely hot， inhabitants can shelter themselves in these cool spaces and even sleep here.  From one’s cloud， the inhabitant still feels completely connected with the apartment below because it is only seconds away and it is also connected electrically and through home automation.  The green clouds are like tea pavilions in the garden of a chateau: they embody French-style luxury living. The lobbies of the towers are accessed from an immense square that is bathed in natural light and filled with vegetation.  This square is also used for parking that is situated below the slightly elevated swimming pool.  The wood deck that surrounds the pool is vast and is used to access the club house， commercial spaces， and other services. The pool water is treated by plants. The swimming basin occupies only a small portion of the pool; the rest is an aquatic landscape of reeds， water lilies， and lotus plants.
