这是由FRAN SILVESTRE ARQUITECTOS建筑事务所设计的城市内部住宅项目，项目位于城市中心，是一个五层建筑的首层，项目重新定义两个连接一起的公寓，极端地改变两个体量之前的布局，设计方案清晰地区分开日间区和夜间区，这两个区域围绕一个开阔的门廊展开，从而形成一间到另一间的流畅流通，也为整体空间提供一种统一的概念。起居和餐厅通过巨大的窗户的融入，增加了空间的整体效果，同时它们朝着巨大的阳台敞开，室外则是一个内部的充满植被的院落空间。厨房通过几乎无人察觉的玻璃滑动门从视觉上与餐厅联系，卧室与浴室紧靠着建筑的表皮和分隔墙排布。主卧朝着阳台的一侧敞开，这一侧也是小水池的所在地，这样的设计使景色和自然光能够深入内部浴室。

The apartment is located in the city centre of Valencia on the first floor of a five-storey building. This project remodels two apartments that have been joined together， radically altering the former layout. The proposal clearly differentiates day and night areas， both of them articulated around a spacious corridor which allows a clear flow from one room to another， and provides the whole space with an overall homogeneous concept. The living-room and dining-room have been enhanced to maximum effect through large windows， opening onto a large terrace with plants facing the inner courtyard of the block. The kitchen is visually connected to the dining-room by means of almost unnoticeable sliding glass doors. The bedrooms and bathrooms are located against the building’s fa?ade and party walls. The main bedroom gives onto one end of the terrace， the part where the small pond is located， in turn allowing views and natural daylight into the inner bathroom.
