| FRAN SILVESTRE建筑事务所2007年由Fran Silvestre成立，作为创始人，Fran Silvestre曾被邀请到很多欧洲的大学和学院进行项目展示，工作室的项目曾发布在一系列的国内国际建筑和设计杂志，图书和网站上。除此以外工作室还在不同国家的博物馆及艺术画廊展出自己的项目作品。事务所项目的焦点来源于双重的任务：一是为具体的项目（项目需求，预算，政策，环境）提供技术答案；二是通过建成作品实现美感；这个过程旨在寻求满意度，尽可能地理解项目中所包含的需求，尤其是来自客户和使用者的需求，但是也有合作者，建造人员和设计师的。 |
| 事务所的发展经历了不同风格的设计，其中也包含不同的类型，新建的，翻修的，改造的，住宅群，公共建筑等等。还有不同预算的，不管在何种情况下设计师总是会细心考虑经济上的预算，不浪费任何财力。如果每个设计概要都是以要实现一个好的项目为出发点的，那么最后设计出的建筑才有可能是一个大的举动或是一个伟大的细节。 |
| 另一个过程中的特点是延续性，与环境的延续性必须被尊重，空间的延续性，适中材料的使用，设施的融合，光的融入，等等都是事务所作品的特色。同时时间的延续性也被考虑进来，它检测的是建筑的持久耐用性，考察的是它能否经得起时间的磨练。 |
| 设计师通过新材料，新技术的使用突出创新性，这些因素提高人们的生活水平。而这种创新基于经验和对传统的提升。精确性是工作方法的一个重要因素，它需要集中的仔细的贯穿于整体的考量，这来源于初始的想法，从项目的草图到最终的实现，建造，到家具的配置及维修等等。 |
| 对话也是一个重要因素，因为设计作品已成为那些居住在其中的人们身份认同的一部分，住宅或者说办公空间是那些使用这些空间的人的精确的反映，是他们性格及他们的文化背景的一种准确的表达。对话旨在寻求舒适和实用，考察人们日常生活中的矛盾和愉悦之处，这就是区别建筑与其他艺术形式的地方。而不同的项目，因为存在不同的影响因素，而表现出不同的特点。 |

| Fran Silvestre has been invited to many European Universities and |
| Institutions to show his projects. Studio work has been published in a large |
| number of national and international Architecture and Design magazines, books |
| and websites: TC Cuadernos, Pencil, GG, GA Houses, On-Site, AV, Igloo, Interni, |
| Arquitectura y Dise?o, i+c China… Moreover, the studio has shown its projects in |
| several national and international museums and art galleries. |
| 2010, Fran Silvestre Arquitectos has been awarded the MHK Prize (Berlín) for the |
| project Casa del Atrio (Atrium House); and has been finalist of Concurso |
| internacional para la Fundación de Arquitectura Contemporánea de Córdoba; and |
| the project Casa en la Ladera del castillo (House on the mountainside overlooked |
| by castle) has been chosen by Fundación Caja Arquitectos to be part of the best |
| spanish architectural buildings of 2008-2009 catalogue. |
| studio has been awarded with the Mención en la categoría de Arquitectura de los |
| Premios COACV Prize for the building Casa del Atrio (Atrium House) (Godella). |
