像现有的学校一样（一个五十年代的建筑）都有一个主要的操场。这一学校的扩展主要的目的就是增加学校内部角落的安全性。新建筑集合了务实的校园建设逻辑，所以在建设中，就没有创建一些诙谐和具有特殊干预功能的项目来增加功能价值。

学校的建筑作为一个粗犷的矩形体，是一个正交叠加类的建筑。中间的组合也都是经过精确的测量。对面的街上，一个覆盖的区域嵌入，这是对入口通道的强调。通过中间的一个建筑可以通向操场，这里，西边大片的绿色很容易的就映入眼帘。通过这些干预措施，就在学校建筑内部创建了一个公共的空间，因此一个真正的学校社区也就建立了起来。

The school is designed as a robust rectangular volume， an orthogonal stacking of classes， with excavations made with extreme precision. Facing the street a covered outdoor area is inserted that accentuates the main entrance and through the middle of the building an atrium opens up visibility from the playground to the wide green west of the building. The latter is complimented with a central void that unifies each level and seeds abundant natural light. Through these interventions a public space is created inside the school building， with vistas and social control that a real school community assume.
