这是由BURO II + ARCHI+I设计的比利时家庭避暑别墅。这种在K地建造的分离家庭避暑别墅，是由比利时公司BURO
II+ARCHI+I联合设计的。这种设计是附近渔人别墅社区当代建筑最好的翻本。这一地块位于比利时沿海地区的ostenda，建筑在功能设计上，提供供家人放松的空间，和充足的隐私空间。该建筑的设计参考了当地附近的渔人的别墅社区，建筑中采用石雕粉饰，一个黑色的板油地基，和倾斜的红瓦屋顶，K地的避暑别墅正是以类似的设计风格而建造的。
一层的外墙部分包括白色混凝土结构和一个大斜面的红色瓷砖屋顶。一排半透明的通风窗将室内空间向室外敞开，在视觉上，增加了一楼的地面宽度效果。楼下的部分还包括一个开放式入口，车库，卫生间，存储空间，来访孩子们或者孙子们的居住空间。当房子在不使用，且百叶窗处于关闭状态时，整个建筑就是一个清晰可界定的统一体。一楼的阳台部分由一个动态的拱形屋顶覆盖，在这里可以欣赏到周围美丽的景观，并且这种设计给整座房子增添了放松的假日旅游氛围。

The design of this detached family house 'summer house V at K' by belgium
firm BURO II+ARCHI+I is a contemporary interpretation of the neighborhood's
surrounding fisherman's cottages. the plot is located in the coastal area of
ostenda， belgium， and the building's functional design offers moments of relaxed
family time， as well as allowing spaces for sufficient privacy. taking reference
from the typology of the local fisherman's cottages - built using whitewashed
stonework， a black tarred base and sloping red-tiled roof， the 'summer house V
at K' is similarly constructed.
The first floor level's exterior cladding
consists of white concrete and also a large sloping roof with red tiles. a row
of semi-transparent venetian shutters open the interior spaces to the outside
and define the ground floor facade. the downstairs area also contains an open
plan entrance， garage， bathroom storage space and accommodation for visiting
children or grandchildren. when the house is not in use and the blinds are
closed， the volume is clearly defined as one form. the first floor's outdoor
patio is covered by a dynamic arched roof， offering views out over the landscape
and giving the house a relaxed holiday feel.
