双峰公寓的设计不同于典型的社区住宅，其外观采用了一个具有雕塑感的形体，体现了建筑所展示的生活方式。每一个空间的独特体验都经过设计师的仔细斟酌，其每一个细节都经过精心的设计。

The Height of City Living
Twin Peaks is unique in Singapore because it transformed the common
perception of high density living into a lifestyle statement. High density
living is no longer a tolerated necessity because of land constraints. Rather，
it is celebrated as a desired form of living that offers more opportunities than
landed housing.
The design eschews the typical community housing blocks for a
sculptural form that heralds the type of lifestyle it offers. Each encounter in
the building is carefully considered by the designers， who painstakingly crafted
each detail.
