对于这个项目的设计，OODA事务所坚信在生成设计过程之中，想象力是不可缺少的元素，因为这是一个非常有效的工具，一种可以生成良好环境，预测空间及重新营造气氛的可能。对于这个独特的工具，设计师试图将高效的项目元素与强烈的设计理念相融合，从而生成符合伊斯坦布尔文脉的主题。

For their competition proposal， OODA believes that in the process of generating architecture， they cannot have success without imagination because that is the most efficient tool or possibility to generate scenarios， predict spaces and reinvent ambiances. For this unique equipment， their approach tries to merge the most efficient program articulation with a strong concept which intends to suggest the overall theme integrated with Istanbul’s context.
