这些仿佛藏在雾气后的柔和画作酝酿着巨大的涌动。它们的创作者是Samantha Keely Smith，一位出身于英格兰，现居纽约的女性艺术家。
Samantha Keely Smith认为在她的作品中即体现出人体自身本能与情感世界，又体现出人体外部美丽又不可控自然，同时两者间的碰撞调和也得到淋漓精致的展现。相交一定会有矛盾和冲突。自然赋予人类生命与灵魂，但是它们又具有摧毁力。
画作之上有一层半透明的油漆层，这一层物质让画作柔和烟蕴的笔触更加飘逸和难以描绘，仿佛位于梦境与现实之间。反反复复，持续不断。新的笔触掩盖了旧的笔触，过去的痕迹隐藏在新的创作之下，不过，它还是会被折射出来，画作表面体现出来的复杂性就在于它内涵的多维与材料的特性。
